Seeking a Bilingual Insurance & Financial Services Advisor (Spanish/English)

Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000 - $60-000

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

We're looking for a bilingual professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping families protect what matters most.

You don't need insurance experience, just the drive to work hard. We'll provide licensing, training, and coaching. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, and provide outstanding service.

What You'll Do


  • Meet with new customers to understand their insurance needs.
  • Recommend coverage that protects their family, home, vehicles, and income.
  • Quote and sell:
    • Life insurance
    • Auto Insurance
    • Home Insurance
    • Renters Insurance
    • Health Insurance
    • Business Insurance
  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with prospective customers.
  • Work toward monthly sales and production goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers throughout their lives.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, retail management, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or sales is a plus - but not required.
