Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
- Proficiency with evidence-based assessments, IEP processes, and individualized student interventions
- Compassionate communicator who collaborates effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in an elementary school environment
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, attend meetings, and adhere to school and district policies
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for all students
