Lifekind Health is looking for a full time Patient Liaison in our Indio clinic to serve as a vital bridge between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and a supportive experience throughout the care journey. Understand patient needs, address concerns, and facilitate access to medical services and resources. Work closely with clinical teams to coordinate appointments, explain treatment plans, and assist with administrative processes, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes. Help to reduce barriers to care and improve overall healthcare delivery.
