BCBA/Senior BCBA - Competitive Pay $85K- $115K + Monthly Bonus Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a supportive work environment that enables you to make a real difference? At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) , we’re redefining autism care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. We currently operate centers in Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, and Woburn , and we are on track to open several additional locations this year as we continue expanding access to high‑quality, neurodiversity‑affirming care. We specialize in working with autistic children under the age of 6 using a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach within a neurodiversity‑affirming framework. About the Role As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach . You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years . Why Choose ANNA? We use research to inform our clinical service model and keep up to date with current best practices. Clinical Support – You will work within a collaborative clinical team that works together to deliver the best services possible to our families. You will receive individual and group supervision from an experienced clinician on a frequent basis to ensure you feel supported in your work. Professional Development - We provide each BCBA with an annual stipend for CEUs and conference attendance. We provide ample supervision and ongoing training and love to see our clinical team members grow into leadership roles within our organization. Cutting-Edge Technology – Leverage advanced data collection and management tools to streamline your work and enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assessment: Conduct assessments with clients to identify areas of strength and areas for growth. Develop & Implement Intervention Plans: Create individualized interventions based on assessment data to promote skill acquisition and reduce dangerous behaviors. Parent Support: Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum. Receive specialized training and ongoing supervision in an NDBI parent training approach. Supervision: Supervise a small team of 5-6 BTs with dedicated time for weekly group supervision and individual supervision meetings during work hours. Support BTs in delivering high quality clinical services. Collect Data & Analyze Progress: Use data collection software to track client progress and make data-driven decisions about intervention plans. Collaborate: Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and clinical supervisors to enhance the overall intervention approach. Stay Current: Stay up to date with current best practices for young children with autism. Qualifications BCBA Certification (Required) Experience working with young autistic children (under the age of 6) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experience preferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
