To qualify, you need a valid Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent emergency department experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong communication, critical thinking, and proficiency with EMR systems.
