Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients and other customers in the Branch, managing their complete banking relationship across the company with a proactive, advisory approach. Generate growth in client balances by acquiring new clients and cultivating referrals from internal and external sources. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients and connect clients to specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) for specialized financial needs. Increase client convenience by promoting and setting up self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships. 1+ year of Branch Banking banking or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivation, and revenue generation. Regulatory licensing requirements: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses, or ability to complete within 180 days of starting the role. Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Excellent communication skills. College degree or military equivalent. Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients. Strong team orientation with a long-term career commitment to the firm. Compliance and regulatory requirements This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
