About the Position

** PAY & ADVANTAGES **
$0.65 CPM solo / $0.70 CPM team starting (1099)
2500–3500 miles avg weekly
Incentives at 14K+ miles/month
Detention, layover & breakdown pay
Paid hotel for resets
DOT inspection incentives

** POSITION DETAILS **
Reefer (some dry) – No touch freight
Majority drop & hook ; pick up & delivery
OTR lanes: South, Southwest & Northwest
No East Coast runs
Fast orientation (under 1 day)

** HOME TIME **
2 weeks out / 3 days home
Consistent freight, predictable schedule

** EQUIPMENT **
Newer Freightliners & Volvos
APU, inverter, fridge & microwave

** Steady miles. No touch freight.

** REQUIREMENTS **
CDL-A license
18–24 months minimum OTR experience
