Administrative Assistant
Real Estate / Property Management Company located in South Redondo Beach with an immediate opening for a friendly & energetic Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will maintain office supply inventory, answer tenant inquiries, coordinate and track maintenance requests, and assist Property Manager as needed. Strong organization skills, a can-do attitude, and great communication skills are desired. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking person looking for flexibly in a professional but casual environment. We are looking for a part time person and we are flexible with our work schedule (approximately 25hrs a week).
Requirements include :
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills, compose a business letter or email with correct punctuation and spelling
- Professionally answer phones and direct calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate inspections and follow up completion of repairs
- Maintain office filing systems
- Strong organization skills, multi-tasking, and follow through
- Strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office,Word, Excel, Outlook and Data Entry. Knowledge of Yardi property management software a plus.
- Ability to work well with all levels of employees and outside business contacts
- Office management skills including equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, processing mail and shipping packages
- Knowledge of accounting and property management a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to tactfully and discreetly handle highly confidential matters
