Supporting the leadership of a roofing and construction company, the full-time Executive Assistant & Revenue Operations Specialist will manage executive schedules, oversee accounts receivable, and drive accountability across teams in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Attend executive meetings and job site discussions to capture action items, deadlines, and responsibilities Lead end-to-end revenue operations, including generating invoices, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections Manage the executive's email and calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up on commitments Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations, and accounts receivable or revenue operations Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle from quotes to collections Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
