Responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement, the full-time Senior NHP Procurement Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee inventory systems, and ensure compliance with regulations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Source and procure non-human primates (NHPs) from domestic and international suppliers Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance while forecasting supply and mitigating procurement risks Ensure compliance with AWA, USDA, GLP, and IACUC requirements while coordinating logistics and study scheduling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Animal Science, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5+ years in procurement, inventory, or preclinical operations, with a preference for experience with laboratory animals Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Familiarity with GLP, AWA, USDA, and IACUC standards Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write advanced reports
