Seeking a full-time Bilingual Connection Advisor Associate to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and document patient interactions in a remote environment while providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities: Answers and prioritizes incoming calls, addressing routine inquiries and scheduling appointments Obtains and accurately captures patient demographic and insurance information during calls Completes training and supports process improvement initiatives while adhering to departmental policies Required qualifications: High School Diploma One year of data look-up/data entry experience Two years of customer service experience involving complex analytical problem-solving skills One year of call center experience with a focus on customer service in the medical industry Bilingual in Spanish
