Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join one of our clients teams at (1) of their properties in Columbia Heights MN (55421). The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in residential maintenance and have experience with unit turns be self-motivated be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. This role will be helping to prepare the building for an NSPIRE inspection. This role is contract and will be starting on Tuesday 7/21 Friday 7/24).
Salary: $28-$30/hour DOQ.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am 5pm.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing property plumbing appliances HVAC and equipment to ensure it is kept in good condition and operates correctly. Respond to Yardi Maintenance requests and assist with unit turns.
