To support production workflows, the part-time Flow Production Tracking Administrator will stabilize and maintain the Flow/Jira Bridge while managing day-to-day administration of the Flow Production Tracking environment in a remote capacity for an initial 6-month contract. Key responsibilities Stabilizes and maintains the Flow/Jira Bridge, ensuring data integrity between Flow and Jira Re-architects Flow automation for reliability and security, troubleshooting issues as the primary point of escalation Administers Flow Production Tracking, including schema, permissions, and project setup, while designing dashboards and reports for production needs Required qualifications Five plus years of experience administering Flow Production Tracking, ShotGrid, or Shotgun in a production environment Demonstrated experience in a multi-vendor co-development environment Proficiency with Jira administration and the Jira REST API Hands-on experience with the sg-jira-bridge or comparable Flow/Jira integration Familiarity with standard DCC pipelines, including tools like Perforce and Maya
