To drive growth in the self-storage insurance sector, the full-time remote Revenue Lead for Self-Storage will manage distribution strategies, oversee customer servicing, and enhance customer success initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. Key responsibilities Design and execute distribution strategies for self-storage insurance products across direct and retail channels Own the end-to-end servicing experience for customers and distribution partners, ensuring high satisfaction and operational efficiency Drive net revenue retention through proactive account management and development of customer success initiatives Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership or commercial roles within insurance, insurtech, or B2B financial services Deep familiarity with the self-storage industry and established relationships with storage operators and industry partners Proven track record of building and scaling distribution channels in specialty or commercial insurance Experience owning a revenue number and consistently delivering on targets Strong cross-functional instincts and executive presence for managing relationships with key stakeholders
