Job description
Serving as the senior operational leader for a CMS contract, the full-time salaried Program Director - Federal Health will manage a large multi-disciplinary team, ensuring compliance with contractual performance standards and overseeing all aspects of contract performance, including delivery timelines and regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for CMS, managing all contract-related communications and deliverables Lead and oversee a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with contractual performance standards and proactively address operational issues Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare program management or federal contracting At least 3 years of experience managing complex systems and workflows Minimum 3 years of experience in Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) program operations Experience managing teams of 100 or more staff in a federal healthcare contractor environment Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a Master's
