Job Description Overview Hearts & Science is a data‑driven marketing agency focused on personalized digital marketing, where CRM and addressable channels converge. The firm experts in media planning and buying and also offers shopper marketing, marketing innovation, and content activation services. Responsibilities Drive overall paid social strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals, collaborating closely with integrated media leads (programmatic, search, etc.) and creative and data teams. Build partnerships and manage campaigns in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and delivery. Extract, interpret and apply insight and actions from data to campaigns. Consult, educate and negotiate with clients and agency partners, highlighting successes and addressing obstacles and opportunities. Deliver innovation by presenting the latest trends, best practices, technologies, and recommendations to the client. Manage priorities and ad‑hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time and to client expectations by the entire team. Demonstrate great judgment through proper escalation and strong problem‑solving skills. Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and client team. Identify ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of paid social experience with client‑facilitating responsibilities. Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn) and best practices. Collaborative nature; experience with media owners, agency business units, and partners. Comfortable with data, analytics, and measurement, and able to use various data sources and methodologies. Thorough knowledge of marketing/advertising principles, media concepts, and creative requirements. Experience managing and mentoring a team, providing thought leadership and helping junior members grow. Experience with direct‑response campaigns and in‑app campaigns is a plus. Prior performance media agency experience is a plus. Location: New York – Salary: $40,000.00–$70,000.00 Office attendance requirement: Employees must work in the office at least three days a week, potentially increasing to five days over time.
