Washington Licensed Senior Licensing Specialist

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Washington Licensed Senior Licensing Specialist will perform advanced licensing, credentialing, and provider enrollment functions to support onboarding and regulatory compliance in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate multi-state licensing applications, managing renewals and provider communications to ensure compliance Exercise independent judgment to resolve licensing issues and identify process gaps while maintaining quality and accountability Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship on state licensing requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives Required qualifications: 3 years of licensing experience in a healthcare setting, with lead-level experience preferred CPCS certification required within 1 year of employment Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
