Go-to-Market Enablement Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time Go-to-Market Enablement Manager will build and own the enablement function from the ground up, focusing on technical enablement for customer engineering roles and sales enablement for field teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and launch the first enablement program, including learning paths, certifications, and onboarding for the go-to-market team Develop and implement technical enablement for customer engineering roles, collaborating with engineering and product teams to create structured programs Programatize enablement for sales teams, ensuring effective product narratives and competitive positioning for technical audiences Required qualifications Experience leading sales or field enablement for products targeting DevOps or infrastructure audiences Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for field teams Proven track record of building enablement programs, particularly as an early or first hire Solid program management skills, including experience with curricula, certifications, and learning management systems Ability to act as a peer to sales, product, and engineering leadership, demonstrating proactive engagement and opinionated insights
