Product Manager, Talent Technology

Owning and co-owning product strategy and execution for a portfolio of talent systems, the full-time Product Manager, Talent Technology will partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable HR applications that enhance the employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to retention. Key responsibilities Own or co-own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for talent systems, balancing priorities across vendor-managed and homegrown platforms Deeply understand stakeholder needs through research and data analysis to inform product and data decisions Monitor product performance and satisfaction, using insights to drive continuous improvement and stay current on HR tech market trends Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and talent data flows, including experience with GenAI Ability to operate across a portfolio of first-party and third-party applications Experience leading product requirements, technical development, and user training
