Seeking a full-time Creative Director for Games, this role will guide and support game titles from concept through production and launch, fostering a culture of bold experimentation and ensuring memorable player experiences. Key responsibilities Deeply understanding and synthesizing the unique advantages of the Netflix Games platform into a cohesive vision for successful games Collaborating with teams to develop concepts into prototypes that build conviction in direction and vision Establishing clear creative goals and providing actionable feedback to improve team contributions Required qualifications At least 10 years of game design experience, including roles as Creative Director or Game Director Experience working with distributed or external teams Ability to provide critical feedback to influence direction without relying on positional authority Excellent knowledge of the game lifecycle from concept through live service A record of leading complex cross-functional projects with successful delivery in various creative fields
