Leading operational readiness initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Excellence Consultant will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Integration, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery of new products and services while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead operational readiness initiatives for new products and services, ensuring readiness considerations are incorporated into implementation planning Evaluate operational impacts and develop strategies that support successful adoption of new capabilities while mitigating risks Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution, serving as a trusted operational advisor throughout the operational readiness lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in operational excellence or related operational discipline Minimum of three years of experience partnering cross-functionally in a technology or SaaS environment Experience translating technical requirements into scalable operational processes and readiness plans Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
