Penn Tank Lines is looking for an experienced System Administrator to help build, support, and strengthen our enterprise technology environment.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll play a key role in managing our infrastructureincluding servers, networking, cloud technologies, virtualization, security, and end-user supportwhile leading technology initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and security across the organization.

What You'll Do Administer and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and related technologies.Maintain and support server, network, storage, virtualization, cloud, and endpoint infrastructure.Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity initiatives.Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, maintenance, and technology enhancements.Lead infrastructure and technology projects from planning through implementation.Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, cloud, and infrastructure issues while serving as an escalation resource for the IT team.Support cybersecurity initiatives, including access management, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring.Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.Partner with internal departments, vendors, and IT team members to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business operations.
Salary: Salary starting at $90,000, with final compensation based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
