This position brings the brand to life through confident service attention to detail and ownership of the final moments that matter most from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness fitting and pickup. As a key member of the team this role ensures every customer interaction feels seamless elevated and on-brand. This role blends customer connection optical support and finishing excellence to deliver consistent high-quality experiences.
