About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) to join their team. This senior role is pivotal in enhancing the firm's access to primary market opportunities, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and block trades. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the ECM function, developing strategic relationships with senior ECM and syndicate teams at leading global investment banks, and positioning the firm as a preferred investor in capital markets transactions. An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commercial acumen are essential, as the role involves creating a differentiated access and relationship framework and driving the firm's visibility across the equity capital markets ecosystem. Candidates for the Head of ECM position at the company should have extensive experience in ECM, equity syndicate, corporate access, or a related capital markets function. The role requires a professional with a deep, established network and a proven track record of originating valuable opportunities. Strong communication skills are necessary to engage with senior investment professionals and corporate executives.
