Jenkins Plumbing and Heating Co is seeking a driven, customer focused HVAC and Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our established business development team. In this critical field sales position, you will take ownership of identifying client needs, estimating system designs, and selling high value residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing service agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate, expand, and maintain strong professional relationships with residential property owners, commercial facility managers, and business accounts.
- Business Development Pipelines: Actively generate new project revenue through strategic prospecting, community networking, and structural trade referrals.
- On Site Consultations: Conduct technical on site building assessments to analyze customer plumbing and HVAC constraints, engineering tailored mechanical solutions.
- Proposal and Contract Architecture: Prepare, calculate, and present comprehensive project proposals, cost estimates, and technical service contracts to clients.
- Operational Synchronization: Partner directly with mechanical estimators, installation crews, and service teams to ensure flawless field execution and client handoffs.
- Market Intelligence Integration: Stay continually informed on emerging mechanical system products, regional pricing variables, industry trends, and competitive market positioning.
- Production Incentive Targeting: Actively participate in strategic corporate sales promotions and performance contests to maximize individual contract yields.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Required
- Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with a natural capability for building rapid customer rapport and closing service accounts.
