We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, mentoring clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care for clients and families. The ideal candidate is collaborative, leadership-oriented, and committed to driving meaningful outcomes through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (schedule may vary within those hours) with occasional Saturday support as needed. Job Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment plan adjustments. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff. Conduct regular observations and ensure treatment fidelity across all programs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals. Skills and Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment methodologies, and evidence-based intervention strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and clinical teams. Ability to analyze behavioral data and make informed clinical decisions.
