Job description
Driving external collaborations, the full-time salaried Scientific Program Director in Genomic Medicine will provide scientific and budgetary support for corporate partnerships, manage project development and implementation, and ensure effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct program operations and maintain relationships with institutional collaborators to support portfolio efforts Oversee financial management including budget analysis, grant accounting, and compliance with institutional guidelines Recruit, train, and evaluate staff while managing personnel activities in accordance with departmental guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Five years of project/program management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives Strong people management experience, including leading high-performing teams Strategic mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders Experience with grant management and compliance in a research environment
