Overview Do you enjoy meeting new people, driving sales, and contributing to hotel revenue? We are looking for a dedicated Director of Sales to help the hotel reach its sales targets. You will be responsible for developing our sales strategy and goals, training and assessing the sales force, collaborating with sales managers, and securing new and recurring business across hotel sectors. Our ideal candidate is a leader, innovator, hard worker, with 5+ years of sales experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement the sales strategy and targets for the hotel. Train and assess the sales team, and collaborate with sales managers to achieve goals. Identify and secure new business and foster recurring revenue across hotel sectors. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience. Proven leadership ability and a track record of driving results. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
