Work a stable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you predictable scheduling, a centralized clinic home, and your weekends back. Direct Clinical Mentorship: Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills in a supportive, resource-rich clinic environment working closely alongside collaborative BCBAs. Semi-Annual Raises: Competitive starting pay with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your income scales with your clinical expertise. Who You Are: Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily. Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
