To support a growing portfolio, the full-time Account Manager - Amazon Specialist will manage 18-25 brands primarily on Amazon, focusing on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own client relationships and retention by proactively managing a portfolio of brands, ensuring high satisfaction and advocacy Identify and close upsell opportunities, shifting client perception from cost to investment through data-backed storytelling Lead strategic initiatives and internal teams, orchestrating onboarding and driving unified goals across cross-functional pods Required qualifications Proven experience in account management with a strong focus on Amazon marketplace dynamics High emotional intelligence and ability to build strategic partnerships that enhance client retention Demonstrated success in identifying revenue opportunities and aligning client goals with service offerings Strong analytical skills to distill complex data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders Familiarity with tools such as Seller Central, TACoS, and relevant advertising platforms like Walmart Connect or TikTok Shop
