Job description
To support strategic growth, the full-time salaried Risk and Compliance Executive will develop and oversee enterprise-wide risk management and compliance programs while working remotely in the United States. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk appetite statements and reporting processes Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance management program to ensure adherence to insurance regulations and corporate governance Establish governance frameworks and internal controls to support scalable growth and report compliance matters to executive leadership Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance roles within the insurance industry Experience in MGA, Program Administrator, Carrier, Reinsurance, or Insurtech environments Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks Proven success in collaborating with executive teams and external partners
