Leading a sanitation team in a full-time capacity, the Sanitation Lead will organize workflow, set objectives, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards during 12-hour shifts at the Springfield facility. Key responsibilities Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules for the sanitation crew Ensure sanitary conditions are upheld by working directly with crew members and evaluating their job performance Drive continuous improvement of sanitation processes and assist in executing planned sanitation events Required qualifications 1 year of work experience in a sanitation manufacturing environment Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles Ability to speak, read, and write in English for safety and food quality reasons Capacity to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and basic division
