Leading the administration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, the full-time remote Iowa Licensed Systems Analyst will develop communication strategies, automate processes, and enhance tools to improve student engagement throughout the admissions process. Key responsibilities Manage CRM enhancements and support system integrations to ensure data integrity Develop innovative communication strategies and create impactful reports and dashboards Lead technical projects from planning through implementation in collaboration with Admissions staff and campus partners Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience Experience administering Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platforms Experience working in higher education admissions Experience building automated workflows or communication campaigns Experience leading system improvements or technology projects
