To support the scaling of compensation operations, the full-time remote Revenue Compensation Lead will manage the design and maintenance of compensation processes, administer compensation plans, and ensure compliance and governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design and maintain scalable processes for efficient compensation administration, including payout cycles and reconciliations Administer compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency across go-to-market teams Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs while managing inquiries from field personnel Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations at high-growth technology companies Proven ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in dynamic environments Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
