To support a growing aerospace and defense initiative, the full-time Aerospace and Defense Business Development Director will build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, selling production contracts and capacity agreements while navigating the defense ecosystem remotely. Key responsibilities Own and expand a book of aerospace and defense accounts from initial conversation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction Sell Jiga's solutions to key stakeholders in the supply chain, including production contracts and supplier-of-record relationships Develop relationships with procurement leaders and shape deal structures as part of the leadership team Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales or operations within aerospace and defense manufacturing Established network of supply chain VPs, operations leaders, and GMs at Tier 1/2 suppliers and defense tech companies Proven track record of closing $1M+ production contracts or equivalent enterprise deals Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100, ITAR, and DFARS Must be a US citizen based in the US, with an active or clearable Secret clearance preferred
