Managing a defined portfolio of owners, the full-time Owner Experience Manager will drive satisfaction and retention through relationship management, onboarding, and resale advisory, while operating remotely from Park City, Utah. Key responsibilities Manage owner relationships and oversee onboarding and engagement within a specific regional portfolio Monitor owner health and proactively address risks to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention Advise owners on resale processes and coordinate transactions, ensuring a seamless experience Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or premium client services Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships across their lifecycle Strong consultative and conflict-resolution skills Familiarity with real estate pricing dynamics and transaction processes Ability to work proactively and strategically within a regional portfolio
