Job description
Working remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster - MD, VA, DC, DE, WV will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents with attorney involvement, focusing on liability and damages Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels, including calls, email, and text Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate fair and timely injury settlements Required qualifications Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones Experience in claims handling, particularly in bodily injury cases Strong understanding of coverage and liability assessment Proficiency in using digital communication tools and negotiation platforms Early career professionals are encouraged to apply
