Providing specialized administrative support, the full-time Senior Audit Support Assistant will handle complex daily activities within the audit engagement, including responding to claim inquiries, generating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated claim questions. Key responsibilities Performs focused administrative assignments, including file and data management for audit processes Generates and analyzes reports to consolidate claim details for internal and external partners Proofs claim information to ensure accuracy before client submission, maintaining productivity and quality standards Required qualifications High School graduate or equivalent education 3+ years of administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases Working knowledge of applicable industry standards Experience in medical billing and provider reimbursement is preferred
