Driving sales for NICE's Value Realization Services portfolio, the full-time remote Services Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process for existing and new customers across the Americas, focusing on promoting consulting and managed services to maximize customer value. Key responsibilities Become the Subject Matter Expert for the Americas sales team regarding VRS offerings Drive sales opportunities and maintain a continuous pipeline while collaborating with the existing NICE sales organization Develop and implement a Go-To-Market strategy to create new opportunities and ensure ongoing account renewals Required qualifications At least 8 years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional, and global accounts Vertical expertise in industries such as Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, or Retail Technical understanding of services and maintenance terminology and practices Strong presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives
