Position Summary: The Learning Standards SME provides subject matter expertise in instructional systems design (ISD) and training standards to ensure compliance with NETC, NECC, and Navy instructional requirements. Key Responsibilities Support Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) functions. Conduct curriculum compliance assessments against NAVEDTRA and applicable directives. Develop and standardize learning objectives, testing, and evaluation criteria. Provide recommendations to improve instructional methodologies and training effectiveness. Ensure alignment with Navy training standards and policies. Qualifications Master Training Specialist (MTS) preferred. 8+ years ISD and curriculum development experience. 8 years of experience with NETC-compliant course/curriculum development.li> Active SECRET clearance.
