Digital & Tech Associate Manager

Driving business growth through digital innovations, the full-time hybrid Digital & Tech Associate Manager will implement and maintain digital platforms, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a technical leader for store openings in Brazil. Key responsibilities Implement and maintain digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile apps, and payment systems Serve as the escalation point for store support and lead technical initiatives for new store openings Assist with vendor management, including contracts, compliance, and asset management Required qualifications 4-6 years of tech implementation experience, preferably in QSR and digital technologies Proficient in POS and back-of-house systems, preferably with QSR vendors Fluent in English or Spanish Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and cross-functional collaboration
