Job description
Seeking a full-time Strategy and Business Operations Lead, this role will manage the development of Udemy's Consumer strategy and oversee business operations, focusing on market insights, growth opportunities, and operational accountability in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and refine the end-to-end Consumer strategy, collaborating with Corporate Strategy for long-term direction Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence Own the operating cadence of the Consumer team, ensuring accountability for goals and initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused business operations role, preferably in a consumer or subscription-based tech environment Proven track record of developing strategic recommendations based on market and competitive analysis Strong analytical skills with experience in building forecasts and business cases, including the use of AI tools Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across various functions Experience collaborating with Finance, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams in a matrixed organization
