To ensure flawless packaging across multiple markets, the full-time Artwork Coordinator will manage and coordinate artwork projects for printed packaging, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards while primarily working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end artwork process for printed packaging from briefing to final approval Manage artwork updates related to new product launches and regulatory changes while collaborating with cross-functional teams Track timelines and maintain documentation to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with quality standards Required qualifications Significant experience in artwork coordination or packaging production, preferably within FMCG or regulated industries Strong understanding of printed packaging processes and print-ready file preparation Proficiency in English and Italian Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience with artwork management tools and Adobe-based environments is an advantage
