Access and Systems Consultant

To support scheduling operations, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems. Key responsibilities: Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs Manage data practices and maintain the integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows Provide high-level technical support and ensure compliance with appointment utilization standards Required qualifications: Minimum two years of experience building or maintaining schedules using software applications, or three years providing direct technical support Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience in coordinating systems or projects
