Job description
To support finance transformation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Finance Systems Automation Advisor will drive automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance financial systems while serving as a trusted advisor across finance, technology, and operations. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor on finance operations and PBM workflows, guiding process design and automation strategies Drive cross-functional initiatives, managing structured request intake and workflow tracking to align with business goals Assist in overseeing pharmacy payment operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the payment lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar operations within a PBM or healthcare environment Strong working knowledge of pharmacy payments and 835 remittance processes Hands-on experience with Alteryx and workflow automation Experience supporting enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms)
