Reporting to the Vice President of VES & Transformation, this VES Leader role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across EMEA. You will be welcomed into a collaborative environment where your expertise in continuous improvement, coaching mindset, and ability to influence without direct authority will help teams work smarter, solve problems, and deliver stronger results. Partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders, you will help bring the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to life through practical coaching, training, best-practice sharing, and hands-on support. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, enabling positive change, and building VES capabilities in associates and leaders through partnership.
This position is part of the Global VES organization at Trojan Technologies and will be remote, based out of Germany, the UK, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, or Ireland, with travel of up to 50% to Schrfling am Attersee, Austria, and other locations in Europe.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Process Leadership and Implementation
- Partnership, Coaching, and Capability Building
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of deploying continuous improvement and/or VES processes, with strong knowledge of core fundamentals such as PSP, VM/DM, SW, and TPI.
- Experience in commercial environments and lean manufacturing or operations is considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are beneficial but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
