To support a dynamic onboarding process, the full-time Senior Accounting Onboarding Specialist will manage client setups, troubleshoot accounting issues, and oversee junior team members while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Run daily client meetings to collect financial data and ensure accurate account setup in Uplinq and QuickBooks Online Troubleshoot setup and data problems, providing solutions and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process Review and mentor junior Onboarding Specialists, ensuring quality control before client interactions Required qualifications 6+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role at a Senior Associate level or above Proficient in QuickBooks Online, with extensive experience in setup, integrations, and troubleshooting Strong technical accounting knowledge, including cash and accrual accounting principles Experience managing 25+ active client relationships simultaneously, with a proactive approach to account management Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and effectively communicate scope and pricing needs
