To support commercial real estate transaction closings, the full-time Assistant Accounting Coordinator will manage accounting data entry, assist with payment processing, and ensure compliance with closing instructions while working onsite in Hoboken, NJ. Key responsibilities Provide assistance in the closing process by inputting accounting data and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions Access bank accounts to confirm deposits, set up wires, and manage payment instructions for payables Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure all disbursements are accurately made and documented Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required Experience in title, legal, or real estate fields is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a willingness to learn new software systems Ability to interact effectively with management and clients in a professional manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
