To support the finance team, the part-time Arizona Licensed Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate, timely full-cycle payroll processing and reconciliation for domestic employees in a flexible hybrid/remote environment. Key responsibilities Processing and issuing wage and fee payments for salaried and hourly employees across multiple cycles Reconciling complex payroll data, including earnings, tax withholdings, and deductions Preparing and auditing monthly and quarterly payroll reports and executing year-end payroll procedures Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing and payroll accounting Proficiency in SAP and ADP software preferred Strong analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating with a team Local residency in the Phoenix area for periodic team meetings
