Job description
Cardiology physician job in Massachusetts : Non-Invasive Cardiology opportunity just 25 miles south of Boston! Join a thriving, well-established cardiovascular team with a strong heart failure program, advanced APP support, and access to PCI, cardiac rehab, and EP services. Enjoy a 4-day clinical schedule, 1:5 call, competitive base salary plus RVU potential, sign-on and relocation assistance, generous PTO/CME, and easy access to Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

Competitive compensation with guaranteed 2-year base salary followed by RVU production model. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Full-time schedule with 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day each week. Light 1:5 hospital call schedule with APP support on inpatient service. Join an established cardiology department with 4 non-invasive cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, 3 APPs, and visiting electrophysiologists. Strong interest in Heart Failure welcomed with established Advanced Heart Failure Program already in place. Dedicated post-discharge Heart Failure Clinic and Anticoagulation Management Service. Well-supported inpatient service with two APPs assisting with daily rounding. Beautiful, modern practice space in a newly built facility. On-site Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory providing primary and elective PCI services. Established referral base and collaborative physician culture. Access to cardiac rehabilitation services on campus. Occurrence-based malpractice coverage provided. 403(b) retirement plan plus deferred compensation 457(b) plan. Generous PTO package with 5 weeks ATO plus holidays. CME allowance plus 1 week of CME time annually. Excellent work-life balance with predictable schedule structure.
